Dispatch information

Once the order is complete, we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours. If the order was made over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), or on a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery information

We use the Royal Mail and Yodel to ship orders

UK standard (£2.95). Shipping is free for orders for £75.

Europe (£14.99). Please allow 15 days, from the date the order was completed, for your order to arrive

Everywhere else (£24.00). Please note any orders that are being sent to outside of the UK may be subject to taxes and import duties upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Cosy Explorer.
